Tika says in her bio "Addiction is praying to God that you find the right filter". Tongue in cheek yes but lots of us know exactly what she's talking about. Why is the Instagram experience so powerful for some of us that it can make us worry about balance. . Funny enough, I think the answer might partly be illustrated in her picture. Ever felt like your taking in the scenery of your life for the first time? I have. I can relate to this picture actually. I remember feeling like I was on a train ride and had never bothered to look out the window. Until my phone gave me a reason to look up. Wow! Heads up is a better way to travel! :-). Problem is. . . it's hard to get back to the grind. ;-). . Tell me about your experience. Love IG but worry about balance? . Tomorrow we'll talk a little more about IG "addiction".
