Title: Split - Splitting F#%*ing Headache
I love experimenting with double exposure. Featured in this photograph is my son Max. We started playing with the idea of reacting to one's self. First shot in a neutral pose and second shot reactionary. Here he is berating himself. He's quite the actor!
Shot with Camera360 using the double exposure feature. Then ran through Snapseed and added Vintage, style 7. Last ran through square ready.
I'm originally from Argentina and have been living in the San Francisco Bay Area most of my life. I'm a mother of three beautiful children who are constantly featured on my feed and a serious photography hobbyist. I took my first photography class to satisfy art credits in college and fell in love. I don't remember much about my college experience... but my photography classes! One day my photography teacher noticed I was a bit embarrassed by my used beat up Minolta SLR that he looked at me and said, "It's not the camera that makes a great photograph it's the eye behind the lens." I took that to heart and became a camera snob anyway. Then the iPhone came into my life... A friend happened to post an Instagram photo on Facebook and now I'm an addict. I see the talent and quality of work everyday and realized that mobile photography is a new art form. Legit.
